Within the Collective, she has led innovation initiatives, bringing together experts in mobility, leaders, and startups to collaborate on future projects.
Jessica is a distinguished leader, recognized for her strategic expertise in ecosystem innovation, branding, and marketing across the markets of Oceania and Africa. At KiwiTech, she led investment initiatives, investing in 34 startups and interacting with over 3,000 investors. Her commitment to diversity was exemplified during her tenure at StartOut.
Ibrahima Sissoko is a Franco-Malian serial entrepreneur, recognized for his perseverance and ability to overcome challenges. After a series of setbacks in his early career, he made his mark in the business world by founding Hilt Technology Engineering, an IT services company established in 2016. Today, he oversees 33 companies spread across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East, embodying a collaborative leadership style.
Mounir Douiou, with 12 years of experience in IT consulting and currently a commercial director, has worked with companies such as Microsoft, Capgemini, and Sopra Steria. His exceptional performance has earned him accolades like 'Top Performer World,' 'Leader by Example,' 'Blitz Day Winner,' and 'Sales Number 1,' confirming his leadership in the field.
